Job Description

This is an excellent position for people who want to spend a season in one of Europe’s top ski resorts, but either has some money to spare or does not want the full responsibility of a Ski Rep position.

Our Weekend Only Ski Rep position will not be paid a salary; however they will receive the following

• Accommodation for the whole season
• Season Lift Pass Season Equipment hire
• Travel to and from resort you are placed in
• Full Training Uniform

Make no mistake, this may be a position for just Friday, Saturday and Sunday but we still need people of the highest calibre. Weekend Only Ski Reps will be working for us at the key, high priority times of our week and therefore will have a direct effect on our results – as well as representing the company to our guests.

Requirements

Essential

• Demonstrable customer service experience working with a diverse range of customer's profiles
• Experience within a target sales environment where you have worked to individual and team set targets
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and positive manner
• Mature and flexible approach with the ability to adapt to any situation
• Customer service experience

Desirable

• 2nd European language to conversational level
• Previous experience in the tourism industry

You will need to pass an assessment centre exactly the same as Ski Rep applicants, demonstrating your suitability for this role which is sure to attract lots of interest.

Please do not apply for this role unless you are comfortable with a role that, whilst providing a great package, does not include financial remuneration and requires you to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday each week. Being assessed for this role will not put you in the frame for a normal rep position.
