This busy front of house role involves dealing with guest's queries and requests, providing information about the local area and activities, telephone control and billing, translating and liaison with local suppliers. It is a varied role which provides an ideal opportunity for language speakers to improve and develop their skills.
We are looking for applicants with a high standard of administration and customer service skills. You must be professional with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. Language (French German or Italian dependant on resort) essential.
